About the role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven IT Sales Specialist to bridge the gap between "interested lead" and "signed contract." In this role, you won't be mindlessly cold-calling; you will be the strategic closer. You will take qualified leads generated by our marketing and outreach teams and consult with them to understand their technical needs, present our IT solutions, and drive the deal to a successful close.

- Annual Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,80,000 (Based on experience)
- Variable Pay: High-performance uncapped incentive structure based on conversion milestones.
Key responsibilities
- The Closer: Take ownership of the sales funnel from the point of initial contact to the final service agreement.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze client requirements (Software Development, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure) and propose tailored solutions that solve their pain points.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, navigate pricing discussions, and manage the administrative process of onboarding new clients.
- Lead Management: Maintain a clean and updated CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical delivery team to ensure the "promised" solution aligns with our execution capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS, or B2B Lead Conversion.
- Tech Savvy: A solid understanding of the IT lifecycle (Development, Cloud, or Digital Transformation) is essential to speak the client's language.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills—you must be persuasive and professional.
- The "Hustle": A persistent mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders ranging from CTOs to Small Business Owners.
